We were invited to design and deliver an extensive International Leadership Development Programme for the top 100 Senior Executives at Doosan Power System, across the UK, USA and China. The business need emphasised evolving leaders for future succession, strategic thinking and leading the business into a global market place. Our solution involved a number of integrated and coordinated components including Training Needs Assessment, multple residential workshops developed over several months, executive coaching to personalise, embed and transfer the learning and evaluation. The team worked across several cultures and delivered workshop as far as Shanghai. The programme, rated as highly successful by stakeholders.
